Come è iniziato KYRO

Non è una storia di brand costruita a tavolino. È una storia vera, nata tra cambiamenti, distanza e una promessa condivisa.

KYRO è iniziato prima ancora di aprire le porte. Tutto è cominciato quando Roman ha lasciato il suo paese dopo che la guerra aveva cambiato tutto, ha ricostruito la sua vita all’estero, ha scelto le Filippine per un nuovo inizio e ha incontrato Kyra a Moalboal proprio nel momento in cui entrambi erano pronti a immaginare qualcosa di loro.

A new beginning

Roman left his home country after war began, lived in Georgia, worked remotely as a web developer, and later chose the Philippines to improve his English through real daily practice.

Meeting in Moalboal

One month after arriving in Moalboal, he met Kyra. What started as a short visit home from cruise-ship work turned into a relationship that changed both of their plans.

A cafe built across distance

During seven months apart, they kept calling every day, saving money, refining the idea, and planning the place they wanted to open together when Kyra returned.

KYRO becomes real

The name came first: KY from Kyra and RO from Roman. Then came the location search, the concept, the coffee focus and the step-by-step work of opening in Moalboal.
